Green Smoothies!!!!OMG

Adding Green Smoothies to your diet is an easy, delicious way to boost your health and a great way to stay full for the morning. Because they are high in fiber, your body stays regular (if you know what I mean). Green smoothies are known to resolve a lot of digestive problems and with a proper diet can help you stay trim. I make mine with a mix of ripe fruit spinach and water or juice. I use frozen fruit and yogurt too. Just blend them up and drink.I think I am addicted.
